Yoga Classes

Yoga is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as improve breathing, flexibility, balance, control, muscular symmetry, and a healthy mindset to start your day. Our weekly Yoga classes are appropriate for beginners, yet they are challenging for the seasoned Yoga practitioner. It is strongly encouraged to bring your own mat but mats will be available as needed.

Certified Yoga instructor, Laura Bepko, has teamed with Two Trees PT to offer weekly Yoga classes by donation only! This class is for all skill levels and open to the public every Friday morning at 7AM. Space is limited so we recommend calling ahead to place your name on the sign-up sheet. Call 805-765-4773 x1.
