Pilates Mat Classes

Mat work is an integral part of Pilates. It a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as improve strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. Mat classes are appropriate for beginners, yet they are challenging for the seasoned Pilates practitioner. It is strongly encouraged to bring your own mat but mats will be available as needed.
